Understanding your Prompt Details page

When you click on any prompt from the Prompts list, you'll open its Prompt Details page. This page gives you a deep dive into how AI models respond to that specific query and where your brand stands.

LLM Visibility Chart

The first major section shows a visibility chart specific to this prompt.

Unlike the Overview dashboard which aggregates across all prompts, this chart shows how your brand's visibility for this one specific query has changed over time. This is useful for:

• Tracking the impact of engagement targeted at this specific topic
• Comparing before/after when you started engaging on related citation sources
• Spotting sudden changes (an AI model started or stopped mentioning you)

Above the chart, you'll see a summary with your current visibility percentage and change indicator for this prompt.

Top Brands

Below the visibility chart, you'll see which brands are mentioned most often in AI responses to this prompt.

This shows you your direct competition for this specific query. A brand might be your overall competitor but not show up for every prompt or a brand you didn't consider might dominate responses for this particular question.

Use this to identify who you need to outperform for this specific query and check if your engagement strategy is shifting the rankings.

Top Citations

Similar to the Overview dashboard's Top Citations card, this section shows the citation sources specific to this prompt.

On the left, you'll see a ranked list of the domains that AI models cite when answering this query. On the right, clicking a domain reveals the specific URLs being cited, each with:

• Impact level (High, Medium, Low)
• Which AI models cite it
• An Engage button to act on that thread

This is one of the most actionable sections as it tells you exactly which threads to engage on to influence AI answers for this specific prompt.

Recent AI Responses

At the bottom, you'll find a table of actual AI responses to this prompt from different models and time periods.

Each row shows:

• The AI model that generated the response
• The date of the response
• A preview of the response content
• Whether your brand was mentioned

Click on any row to open the Response Detail Modal for the full response text and citations.

How to use the Prompt Details page effectively

1. Start with the visibility chart — Is your visibility for this prompt trending up, down, or flat?
2. Check the top brands — Who are you competing against for this specific query?
3. Review citations — What sources are AI models pulling from? Are there high-impact threads you can engage on?
4. Read recent responses — What exactly are AI models saying? Is your brand mentioned positively? Are competitors getting better positioning?
5. Take action — Use the Engage buttons on citation sources to create tasks targeting this prompt's specific ecosystem of threads
