Comment Task Statuses Explained

1. Sent for Posting

Your comment task has been created but not yet assigned. It will be picked up soon by one of our Reddit accounts for posting.

2. Assigned

The task has been assigned to an account and will be completed within 24 hours. At this stage, you haven’t been charged yet.

3. Submitted

The comment has been posted on Reddit. We’re monitoring it for the first 3 minutes to check if it’s instantly removed by the subreddit’s automod filter. You still haven’t been charged.

4. Automod Removed

The comment was instantly removed by the subreddit’s automoderator, usually because it contained a link, banned word, or triggered a subreddit filter. You have not been charged for this task. Try reposting without a link or adjust your content to avoid restricted terms.

5. Published

The comment was successfully posted and is now live on Reddit. At this point, you have been charged for the task.

6. Main Comment Removed/Deleted

The original comment you were replying to has been deleted or removed, so it’s no longer possible to reply in that thread.

7. Thread Archived/Locked

The thread where you attempted to comment has been locked or archived by Reddit, which means no new comments can be added.

8. Cancelled

The task was cancelled by our team due to fulfillment issues (for example, subreddit restrictions or technical problems). You haven’t been charged and can resubmit the comment if you’d like.

Thread Task Statuses Explained

1. Published

The thread has been successfully published and is live on Reddit. You can now view it publicly, and it’s visible to other Reddit users. You will be charged once the status shows as 'Published.'

2. Awaiting Moderator Approval

The thread has been submitted, but it’s currently pending approval from a subreddit moderator. Some subreddits require moderator review before posts appear publicly. The thread will go live once a moderator approves it. No amount has been charged yet.

3. Removed by Mod

The thread was removed by a subreddit moderator. This can happen for several reasons, including breaking subreddit rules, being flagged as spam, or containing prohibited content. The thread is no longer visible to the public. You won't be charged if you see this status.

4. View Screenshot Pending

A screenshot of your thread’s analytics (such as views, country breakdown, and upvote ratio) is being processed. It will be available after 24 hours of being published to review in the dashboard.

5. Cancelled

The thread task was cancelled by our team—usually due to posting issues, subreddit restrictions, or technical problems. You have not been charged for this task, and you may submit a new task if you wish.
