My upvote order was submitted but still shows zero upvotes
If your upvote order is still showing 0 upvotes after several hours, here are a few things to check:
1. Order is instant but delayed due to system capacity
If the order was set to start immediately and still shows Processing with 0 upvotes, this usually means:
- There is high system load from other users’ orders
- Orders are fulfilled based on capacity and safety limits
In this case, the order will start automatically once capacity frees up — no action is required.
2. Rank Comment option was selected
In some cases, users accidentally select the 'Rank comment' option, where upvotes start after a delay (e.g. 10 or 14 days) instead of immediately.

- Once submitted, upvote orders cannot be edited or cancelled
3. The order was scheduled for a future date
