How to view your transaction history?

CrowdReply keeps a full record of every transaction on your account — task charges, upvote orders, refunds, edit requests, and group tasks. You can view, filter, and search through all of them from one place.

How to access your transaction history

From Account Settings:

  1. Go to Account SettingsPayment & Billing → [Transaction History

What you can see

Your transaction history is organized into five tabs:

Every comment, reply, and thread task you've submitted. Each entry shows:

  • Task ID
  • Tag
  • Task type (Post comment, Post thread, Reply to a comment)
  • Date
  • Status
  • Charged amount

Group Tasks

All group task orders with a breakdown of comment and reply charges. Click View on any group task to see the individual tasks within it.

Refunds

A record of all refunds issued to your account, showing:

  • Task ID
  • Date
  • Refund amount

Edit Requests

Every edit request you've submitted, with:

  • Edit request ID
  • Task ID
  • Date
  • Status
  • Charged amount

Upvotes

All upvote orders, showing:

When are tasks charged?

Tasks are charged when they're submitted. The charged amount appears in your transaction history once the task reaches Published status. Tasks that are cancelled or fail before publishing show a charged amount of $0.
