How to reset your password?

If you've forgotten your password or can't log in, you can reset it via email.


How to reset your password


  1. Go to the login page at crowdreply.io/login
  2. Click Forgot password? below the login form
  3. Enter the email address associated with your CrowdReply account
  4. Click Reset password
  5. Check your email inbox for a password reset link from CrowdReply
  6. Click the link in the email — it will take you to the reset page
  7. Enter your new password and confirm it
  8. Click Reset password


You'll see a confirmation that your password has been successfully reset. Click Continue to go back to the login page and sign in with your new password.


Didn't receive the reset email?


  • Check your spam or junk folder
  • Make sure you entered the correct email address
  • Wait a few minutes — the email can sometimes take a moment to arrive
  • If you still don't see it, try requesting the reset again


Already logged in and want to change your password?


If you're already logged in and know your current password, you can change it directly from Account Settings → Profile → Change Password without going through the reset flow.
