How to invite team members and manage access


Seats and billing: Starter includes two teammate seats. Growth and Enterprise include unlimited seats. If your subscription lapses or payment fails, teammates may lose access until your account is current again. While someone is paused, they do not use a seat.

Once you Invite teammates by email. They can accept the invite from their inbox.



How to invite team members


  1. Open Account Settings.
  2. Open Team settings.
  3. Click Invite member. If the button is greyed out, your plan does not include team members yet.
  4. Enter their email. Choose Viewer (look only) or Editor (can make changes). Invite another person only if you still have a free seat.
  5. Pick All brands or Specific brands, then Send Invite.


Good to know


  • Viewer vs Editor: Editors can change the brand. Viewers can look only. Some actions stay with the owner only.
  • Pending invites: An invite stays pending until it is accepted. You can resend from the list if the link expires.
  • Brands others shared with you: Open **Brand settings  **then check **External Brands to see those brands and your role.
