How to get AI-suggested keywords?

CrowdReply can automatically suggest keywords for your Social Listening based on your brand and industry. This saves time and helps you discover keyword angles you might not have thought of.

How to access AI suggestions

  1. Go to Social ListeningKeyword Tracking
  2. Click Add Keywords
  3. In the modal, click the option to get AI-generated suggestions
  4. CrowdReply will analyze your brand context and generate a list of suggested keywords

Types of keywords suggested

The AI groups suggestions into categories based on intent:

Transactional intent keywords

These target people who are actively looking to buy or try a product.

  • "best [your product category]"
  • "[product type] pricing"
  • "[product type] for [specific use case]"
  • "buy [product category]"

Why they matter: These discussions are closest to a purchase decision. Engaging here with helpful recommendations directly influences buying behavior and these are the same types of queries that AI models answer with product recommendations.

Competitor capture keywords

These target discussions about your competitors.

  • "alternative to [competitor name]"
  • "[competitor name] review"
  • "[competitor A] vs [competitor B]"
  • "switching from [competitor name]"

Why they matter: People discussing competitors are actively evaluating options. A helpful comment mentioning your brand as an alternative can redirect their attention — and these comparison discussions are heavily cited by AI models.

Brand reputation keywords

These target discussions about your own brand.

  • "[your brand name]"
  • "[your brand name] review"
  • "[your brand name] experience"

Why they matter: Monitoring your own brand lets you respond to feedback, correct misinformation, and engage with advocates. It also helps you understand how people talk about you in the wild
