How to favourite threads and view them later?

When browsing your Mentions feed, you'll come across threads you want to act on later maybe you want to engage but need to draft the right comment first, or you're building a shortlist of the best opportunities to tackle in a dedicated session.

The favourites feature lets you save any thread for easy access later.

How to favourite a thread

On every mention card in your Mentions feed, you'll see a star icon. Click it to mark that thread as a favourite. The star will fill in to confirm it's been saved.

Click the star again to remove it from your favourites.

That's it — one click to save, one click to remove.

How to view your favourited threads

  1. Go to Social Listening → Mentions
  2. Look at the keyword filter at the top of the page
  3. Select Favorites

This filters your Mentions feed to show only the threads you've starred. All the same information is displayed — thread title, subreddit, upvotes, comments, search traffic, and the Engage button.

Tips

  • Don't let your favourites pile up — Review and clear them weekly. Stale threads lose their engagement value over time.
  • Combine with the Ranked/New filter — You can favourite threads from both Ranked and New views, then review them all together in the Favorites view.
  • Use favourites across keywords — When you view Favorites, it shows starred threads from all keywords, making it a unified engagement shortlist regardless of which keyword surfaced the thread.
