How to change your email address?

You can update your email address from your profile settings.

How to change your email

1. Go to Account Settings
2. Go to the Profile tab
3. Click on the Email field and update it to your new email address
4. Click Save to apply the change

Your account will now be associated with the new email address. All future communications, notifications, and password reset emails will be sent to this updated address.

Important notes

• Make sure you enter a valid email address that you have access to
• If you use Google sign-in, your email is tied to your Google account and cannot be changed from within CrowdReply and you would need to update it through your Google account
• If you're having trouble updating your email, contact our support team at support@crowdreply.io for assistance
