How to cancel your free trial?
If you're on CrowdReply's 7-day free trial and want to cancel before it converts to a paid subscription, here's how.
How to cancel
- Go to Settings by clicking the gear icon in your dashboard
- Select Billing from the sidebar (or go directly to Billing)
- On the Subscription Summary Card, you'll see your trial status and when it ends (e.g., "Trial ends on: March 23, 2026")
- Click the three-dot menu (⋮) next to "Explore Plans"
- Click "Cancel Trial"
- A confirmation dialog will appear asking if you're sure

What happens after you cancel
- Cancellation is immediate — Unlike paid subscriptions, the free trial ends right away when you cancel. There's no remaining trial period.
- Your data is preserved — Any AI visibility data, citations, mentions, and tasks from your trial period are kept. You can access them again if you subscribe later.
- Tracking is paused — CrowdReply stops tracking your prompts, citations, keywords, and mentions until you subscribe to a paid plan.
- You can subscribe anytime — After cancelling, you can subscribe to a paid plan (Starter, Growth, or Enterprise) at any time from the Billing page. Your existing data and configuration will be restored.
Will I be charged?
No. If you cancel during the 7-day free trial, you will not be charged.
The trial is completely free. Billing only starts if the trial expires without cancellation and converts to a paid subscription.
Can I restart a free trial?
No. The free trial is a one-time offer per account. Once used (whether completed or cancelled early), it cannot be restarted.
However, you can subscribe to any paid plan at any time.
