How to cancel a subscription?
If you'd like to cancel your paid subscription, you can do it directly from your account settings. Here's how.
How to cancel
- Go to Account Settings
- Go to Payment & Billing → Billing
- On the Subscription summary card, click the three-dot menu (⋮)
- Select Cancel Subscription
- A confirmation dialog will appear

The dialog will show:
"Are you sure you want to cancel your [Plan] subscription?"
Immediate changes:
- Your per task rates will revert to Starter rates (if you're on higher plans)
Until the end of your billing period:
- Your prompts, keywords, team seats, and other features will remain active
- After this date, your subscription will be fully cancelled

What happens after you cancel
- Your subscription stays active until the end of your current billing period. You don't lose access immediately and all features continue working until the period end date shown in the confirmation dialog.
- Credit rates change immediately — Your per-task credit rates revert to Starter plan rates upon cancellation.
- Unused credits are kept — Any remaining credits in your balance stay there and never expire. You can use them if you resubscribe later.
- Your data is preserved — All your AI visibility data, citations, mentions, tasks, and engagement history are kept.
Can I resubscribe after cancelling?
Yes. After cancellation, while still within your billing period, the three-dot menu on your Subscription card will show a Resubscribe option. You can also subscribe to any plan at any time from the Billing page.
Downgrading instead of cancelling
If you're on Growth or Enterprise and want to reduce costs without cancelling entirely, click on the 'Explore Plans' button where you can Downgrade to a lower plan.
