How to buy additional credits?
Every CrowdReply plan includes monthly credits, but if you need more for larger campaigns or higher engagement volume, you can purchase additional credit packs at any time.
How to buy additional credits
- Go to Account Settings → Payment & Billing → Billing
- On the Available balance card, click Top Up Balance
- Choose a credit pack:

- Click Buy Now under your chosen pack
- Complete the payment process
- Your balance updates instantly once payment is successful
FAQs:
1. Do additional credits expire?
No. Credits purchased through top-ups never expire and roll over indefinitely. They remain in your balance until you use them, even if you change or cancel your plan.
2. Can I pay with cryptocurrency?

3. Want credits to top up automatically?
If you don't want to manually buy credits each time, you can enable Auto Recharge and it automatically purchases a credit pack when your balance drops below a threshold you set. See our article on What is auto recharge? to set it up.
4. Are top-up credits refundable?
No. Additional credit top-ups are non-refundable once purchased. See our refund policy for full details.
