How to archive or unarchive a brand?

If you need to temporarily pause tracking for a brand or maybe you've finished a campaign, a client has paused their engagement, or you want to free up a brand slot — you can archive it.


Archived brands retain all their data and can be unarchived at any time.


How to archive a brand


  1. Go to Account SettingsYour Brand tab
  2. Select the brand you want to archive from the brand grid
  3. In the brand details panel on the right, click Archive brand
  4. A confirmation dialog will appear:


"Archive Brand & Pause Monitoring"


"Archiving this brand will pause all active tracking..."


  1. Click Confirm archive to proceed


Your brand will be archived immediately.




What happens when you archive a brand


  • All tracking is paused — Prompts, citations, Social Listening keywords, and AI model monitoring stop
  • Your data is preserved — All historical visibility data, citations, mentions, and tasks are kept intact
  • The brand slot is freed — If you're on a plan with limited brands (e.g., 3 on Growth), archiving a brand frees up a slot for a new one
  • The brand shows as "ARCHIVED" — You'll see an ARCHIVED badge on the brand card in your settings


How to unarchive a brand


  1. Go to Account SettingsYour Brand tab
  2. Find the brand with the ARCHIVED badge in the brand grid
  3. Click Unarchive on the archived brand card


The brand is reactivated immediately. A success message will confirm: "Brand activated successfully."
