How to archive a brand

Note

Archiving cannot be undone. Most of your brand content is removed. Tasks tied to that brand are kept. You cannot bring that brand back. To track the same business again, create a new brand.

How to archive a brand

1. Open Account Settings.
2. Open Brand settings and select the brand.
3. Click Archive brand.
4. Read the on-screen warning, then confirm only if you want to continue.

Things to know

• After archiving, that brand stops updating for you.
• On plans with a fixed number of brands, archiving frees one slot.
