How to add a non-clickable domain link in a comment?

Adding your domain in non-clickable format allows you to share it without triggering Reddit’s link filters, since it will be treated as plain text instead of a hyperlink.

Steps:

1. In the comment editor, type your domain without using the hyperlink tool.

• • Example: example.com or www.example.com

2. Do not highlight the text and click the link icon — leave it as plain text.
3. If you already have it as a hyperlink, you can remove the clickable format:

• • Click the link icon in the formatting toolbar.
  • In the pop-up, click the trash/delete icon to unlink it.

4. Your domain will now appear as normal text and won’t be clickable.

Tip: This method helps avoid removals caused by Reddit's filters. It’s especially useful for sharing brand names without risking link-based spam flags.
