How do I cancel a task I just submitted?

Once a task is submitted on CrowdReply, it cannot be cancelled except in cases where we encounter a technical issue with your task.

Tasks are processed and fulfilled quickly, so cancellation isn’t possible once they’re submitted.

If you want us to delete a specific comment or thread that was already posted, we can remove it for you.

However, you will still be charged for the task, since it was completed on our end.
